Order Products with Speed and Accuracy

Providing a PLU has been uploaded/linked (head office or supplier), all the products will be listed and available to order. In addition to the product detail, useful information relating to sales, your current stock level, and a recommended order can also be shown below each product.

Products can also be searched by department or by keyword. Ordering is simple – if using recommended ordering, you can accept all the recommendations in one go, which takes no time at all. You equally have the option to increase/decrease a recommended order and add new products to your basket.

Once you have reviewed your basket, simply submit the order.

Order Using HHT

If using the in-store handheld, you can also build up your orders in RetailConnect by scanning the product barcodes in the store. This enables the user to look for gaps on shelves or racks to create and send a replenishment order.

All your orders — both new and old — are available for you to review and download.

Key messages from Head Office, lists of special promotions and supplier banner adverts can be displayed throughout. This could be an additional advertising revenue stream if you have a large estate of stores.

Update Prices Instantly or Schedule Changes

The Price Management System has been created for a store to be able to create and maintain their own store prices. Whether it be a single store or multiple stores, a user can update prices on the POS in real time.

This is ideal if you want to react to market demand due to weather, local events or limited availability of a product.

You can also plan and set price changes for future dates and for a set period. These will become live on the POS based upon dates entered.

In general, a price label will be required in store – this will automatically be generated for printing in-store when a price is added/modified/reset.

Schedule Future Pricing

Plan promotions in advance with scheduled pricing. Set start and end dates and let the system automatically apply changes at the right time — no manual input needed on the day.
