At Vardells we understand the necessity of access to the right support when you most need it…that’s why our team are on hand up until mid-night, seven days a week.  With ever increasing staff demands and increased trading hours it’s essential that you have the confidence that we are on hand to resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Our in houses support team are based at our offices in Buxton, Derbyshire and are fully trained to assist with all aspects of software and hardware functions. Support Contracts

36 month support package is paid monthly and covers both hardware and software maintenance, as well as software license renewal. This cover also includes next day on site engineers when required. A discount of 10% is applied to customers who wish to pay 36 months in full, in advance

12 month support package covers both hardware and software maintenance, as well as software license renewal. Hardware is covered by a “return to base” swap service.
